For my Dark Fantasy portfolio, "Dark Reveries".

I reached a milestone within the process of this painting, in terms of personal achievement. It is all there. character interaction, environment, perspective, lighting and composition.

This portfolio work has a more classical feel and was inspired on the art style of masters such as Goya and DaVinci. Soundtrack. Therion andndash Deggial, Vovin, Crowining of Atlantis.

Painted on Painter 12, with Real Round Oil brush and Fine Tip Soft airbrush.

This illustration is the cover of a new fantasy book called Elektron. It speaks about mankind and a theory about its extraterrestrial origin. The subject of the painting are a special version of Isis and Osiris that in the book are two aliens that come from the lost Planet Nibiru. I have defined the two protagonists mixing together the book description, some futuristic features and the traditional representation of the two Egyptian gods. The illustration is made in Painter 12 with a Wacom Intuos.

I have created this piece in collaboration with a my client. The subject is the classic `Ecce Homo` scene but I wanted to represent it in a modern way. I tried to develop an atypical atmosphere, a little sad but not too dark. For Jesus "aspect" I tried to melt together a classic drapery with a modern design with cross chains. Jesus pose remind classic Hellenic sculptures. For faces of all characters (Jesus, Pilate and the centurion) I have used the photo references that my client gave to me. As usual it is totally made with Painter 12. I hope you like it.

This is a character from a series of short stories I am working on. andnbspThe first story is ready and just gone for Beta reading.

This is the first final image I create with this character. I`ve been inspired by the works of many great artists such as Dean Yeagle or Serge Birault, trying to create a cartoon pin-up style. It was fun to work on a cartoon character, so hopefully I`ll find time to create new images with her.

Done in zbrush, max and hair-farm.

This is the background, I have painted for my Tomb Raider Reborn contest entry.
